Who can apply for citizenship?
To be eligible to become a Canadian citizen, you must:
- Be a permanent resident
- Have lived in Canada for 3 of the last 5 years
- File your taxes, if necessary
- Pass a test on your knowledge of Canada and what it means to be a Canadian citizen
- Demonstrate language skills
Process:
- Initial Consultation : During the initial consultation, our team will assess your profile to ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria to become a Canadian citizen.
- Verify eligibility / action plan: Our team will outline the timeline and documentation needed to obtain your citizenship based on the eligibility criteria established by the Canadian government.
- Submission of application:
Once identified that the applicant meets the eligibility criteria to become a citizen we will provide a checklist of the necessary documentation to submit a successful application and accompany you during the process.
